Ok, this is too much. Avaya has partnered with a company called “NICE Systems” out of Israel. Apparently they don’t understand some of the nuances of english.
Do we know for a fact that the technician is NICE? What if he’s an ass?
What if he’s too nice? too sweet? Maybe they should have a warning about becoming a diabetic as a direct result from too much exposure to their technicians
Yep, I’ve worked alongside these guys including being out to Israel to visit them and must say that they are Nice by name and nature.
As well as the phone gear they do a great line in CCTV image monitoring hardware/software (with lots of storage…)
It can follow a guy carrying a bag, watch him put the bag down and walk away from it, then alert the CCTV operator when this happens.
This allows a CCTV op to be watching a large bank of screens and not miss the important stuff like this.
I think their web site has some good demos (www.nice.com ??)
